We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the Public Lands Interpretive Association; if you are not, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your package.

Pack and Ship

Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
